Cancellation Policy

Our time together is important. Unless there is an emergency, we request that you cancel your appointment 8 hours in advance or pay the missed appointment fee in full. Please keep in mind that the therapist will be there only for you. Also, by giving full notice, another needy client can be scheduled in your place. If you don't show up without calling for two incidents, then we have the right not to schedule future appointments.

Lateness Policy

We request that you arrive early (5 to 10 minutes) for your appointment. In order for us to uphold our professional standards of being 'on time', we regret that we cannot give you additional time if you arrive late for your appointment. If for any reason we are late starting your appointment, you will receive the full scheduled time or your session fee will be reduced accordingly.
